Shipping and returns

Shipping methods and delivery times will only deliver orders in Spain and islands. The delivery time is 24h – 48h from the date of receipt of the order. 2-3 working days for Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Orders will be shipped directly from through its logistics operators.

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically according to the products in your shopping cart.

In the event that there is no one responsible for the reception of the package at the indicated delivery address, a notice will be left with a telephone number to call to confirm at what time the goods can be delivered. The shipping agency will store your package in their warehouse for approximately 2/3 days before returning it to our facilities.

If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time you should contact Customer Service. You can write to us at or call 646420507. As soon as we receive your notification, we will take the necessary steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.

You may return the goods to us as long as you communicate your intention within one week after receiving the order and provided that you keep the packaging in good condition. To do so, please contact us at, call 646420507 or you can also use our contact section.

As long as the return is due to product defects, assumes the return shipping costs. You will be able to replace it or substitute it with other items.

If the reasons for return are beyond the control of, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but you still want to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The costs of the return will NOT be covered by
